Cocktails will be served at 5:30 pm followed by an awards/dinner reception and auction. The cost per foursome is $2,750, per individual is $700, per individual for the awards/dinner reception is $125. Proceeds will benefit the Arthritis Foundation, New York Chapter, whose mission is to improve lives through leadership in the prevention, control and cure of arthritis and related diseases.
