JICNY 4th Annual Passport to the World Gala

JICNY ANNUAL GALA SET RECORD ATTENDANCE, ATTRACTS MORE THAN 400 YOUNG JEWISH PROFESSIONALS AND A HOST OF RELIGIOUS AND POLITICAL DIGNITARIES

Over 400 Jewish people from around the world came together in support of an organization which has become their community away from their native homes. In a city that is often overwhelming for newcomers, JICNY is an anchor, providing a way to connect with the heritage, values and spirituality of fellow Jews, but also providing a network for jobs, apartments and even potential marriage partners.

The year’s 4th Annual Passport to the World Gala was held on June 17, 2008 at the Prince George Ballroom in New York City. The funds raised at the gala will go directly to support increased programming, an annual Israel trip and locating a permanent venue for meetings and events.
