UJA-FEDERATION TO HONOR KEY INDUSTRY LEADERSDespite the economic downturn, over $700,000 to date has been raised by New York’s top fashion-industry executives and professionals attending UJA-Federation of New York’s annual fashion luncheon honoring Karen Katz, president and CEO of Neiman Marcus Stores, and Allen Sirkin, president and COO of Phillips-Van Heusen Corporation, today at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, April 1, at The Plaza, Fifth Avenue at 58th Street in Manhattan.
The luncheon, emceed by designer David Meister, opens with a special tribute from Hal Rubenstein, fashion director of InStyle magazine, and include such attendees as Tory Burch, Kay Unger, Donald Trump, Jim Gold, Daniella Vitale, Nicole Miller, Hal Rubenstein, Burt Tansky, Bud Konheim, Elie Tahari, and more.
