History Starts Now 1st NYC Launch Party to Combat Child Trafficking

The History Starts Now team held their first NYC Launch Event at the W Hotel Tuscany to raise consciousness and funds to combat child trafficking.
One hundred individuals came out, which raised $1,500. The night was filled with people networking, old friends reuniting, and drink specials in one of the classiest lounges in New York City. The evening started off with History Starts Now's famous toast: "History Starts Now. With you and me." This special event is part of a series of events happening in New York City and other major cities to help end the injustice of child trafficking in our generation.
History Starts Now was co-founded by Kristina Lee Grandstaff & Rachael Ann Lechliter in 2008. The mission of History Starts Now is to *raise consciousness and funds to combat child trafficking. We fund organizations working to put an end to the demand side of child sexual slavery.* History Starts Now is made up of 15 individuals who provide the literature, the connections, and the platform to plant a seed about the realities of child sex trafficking. This driven and devoted team is committed to creating a movement with three initiatives:
1) Making family and friends aware,
2) Hosting social events, and
