Palm Beach Dramaworks’ Theatre Guild Kicks Off Dramaworks’ 10th Anniversary Season!

Royal Poinciana Way was abuzz with excitement as more than 120 patrons of Palm Beach Dramaworks were present to help launch the theatre’s 10th anniversary season on Wednesday, November 11th, at Nick & Johnnie's Patio Bar and Grill. Hosted by Zelda Baum, Nancy & Gary Beren, Priscilla R. Leslie, Sandra & Peter Neuhaus and Nick & Johnnie's, the theatre's Guild event entitled “A Decade of Drama” featured a sumptuous selection of delectable appetizers and drinks of choice, served by the trendy restaurant's dazzling staff.
Timing is everything in the theatre---and at just the right moment between cocktails and festivities, PBDW Producing Artistic Director William Hayes gathered everyone's attention and paid eloquent tribute to the wonderful contribution the Theatre Guild has made in its three short years of existence. He then celebrated the event chair, Nancy Beren, who took the stage and graciously commended the entire Guild and event supporters, with a special tribute to her co-hosts. Immediately following, original Guild member and the evening's honoree, Gayle B. Jacobs, was celebrated for her devotion and commitment to the organization and awarded a beautiful plaque with a personal message of praise and thanks.
