It's Raining Cats & Dogs!
It was raining food and fun on Friday, October 2nd, when 300 guests, 19 Chicago Chefs headed by co-chairs Chef Radhika Desai and Chef Daniel Jacobs, and music from the Jazz Institute of Chicago helped create a wonderful 110th anniversary celebration for The Anti-Cruelty Society. The Anti-Cruelty Society's "It's Raining Cats & Dogs" fundraiser transformed The Society's adoption center and education and training center into a festive atmosphere where inspired revelers helped raise over $75,000 for our life-saving work.
Favorite Chicago area restaurants, such as Sunda, Province, SUSHISAMBA Rio, The Drawing Room, Prosecco, RL, Viand, Mercat a la Planza, Rockit Bar & Grill, Eve, Landmark, RA Sushi, Catch 35, Friendship, Province, Heaven on Seven, Bistro Campagne, David Burke's Primehouse, Tizi Melloul, and Havana were featured with their outstanding chefs and bartenders. Popular favorites also included: a Montesquieu wine tasting, Tommy Bahama specialty rum drinks, Eli's cheesecake and Starbucks. Thank you to all of our generous donors for the wonderful creations!
